Heather Kilbourn

Starting her career in the beauty industry and spending more than 35 years owning her own business and forming truly personal relationships with clients, it was almost a natural progression for Heather to start her second career in Real Estate. In 2015, when Cavanaugh & Company was growing fast, there was a need for someone with Heathers client skills and moxie to step into the role of assistant property manager and office administrator. Heather jumped at the chance to try her hand at something new and become a salesperson within a matter of months. Fast forward to today and Heather is the lead property manager, leasing agent and office manager for Team Cavco.  Starting in 2020, Heather has slowly given up some of her property management responsibilities and has been spending more and more time helping clients market their properties or find their dream home!

When not on the road with clients, Heather calls Cromwell home and enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding her special unicorn ‘Cirrus’ (he’s a horse!) taking lessons, competing in horse shows, and enjoying her rescue pups Tumble, aka “Prince Tumble Tummy” and Cheeto Ruff.
