Scott Nardozzi

Scott Nardozzi joined Cavanaugh & Company, LLC in 2014, bringing with him 30+ years of banking and lending experience as well as an extensive network of business leaders and centers of influence.  His vast knowledge of the financial and real estate markets allow him to skillfully negotiate the most complicated real estate transactions for his clients putting him in the top tier of producers year after year.  His ability to personally connect with all of his clients means that whether it’s a residential, commercial, lease or purchase transaction, the property will be the exact fit for his client’s needs. 

Scott has held various positions during his successful banking career including Vice President of the Sales Management Department, Vice President of Wealth Management and had roles within the personal lending and retail departments.

Scott has always been an active member of his community.  He sat on the Board of the Bristol Chamber of Commerce, the fundraising committee for FAVARH, is a past Treasurer of the Canton Chamber of Commerce and holds membership in the Avon Chamber of Commerce. He is currently an active member of the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce, is on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Middlesex County and has been a Rotarian for almost 20 years. 

Scott’s drive for knowledge combined with his real estate and financial continued learning electives, position him to expertly navigate Connecticut’s rapidly changing real estate market.
